Eating with salads

It is a well known fact that the body must have at least two servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruits on a daily basis. But it’s not everyone likes to eat fruits or vegetables. Many children and adults are simply not healthy food choices. While some children learn slowly, fruits and vegetables, as they may be older, others continue to ensure that they eat as adults. Set to cook for a household preferably mixed, it will be a daily challenge! I have a friend that I’ve known for over 20 years, the plant simply do not like. When we eat, it will be impossible for all of their food or vegetable begins laboriously picking at the request of vegetables on his plate.

Can learn to eat vegetables easier if you are willing to try different vegetables, one at a time. Can also eat vegetable salad with a dip or sauce to make the experience more enjoyable to eat together.

I have the chance to eat when I was young the taste of vegetables. Of course, as a kid, I was a bit picky, just be sure to choose vegetables like cucumbers and cabbage. I was also pleased that my mother would make a delicious sauce, if they tried to eat raw vegetables. So here I want this family recipe for a salad that was a long time from the family recipe. In general, we serve this salad with spicy food such as curry, but it is equally delicious when eaten with other main dish.

The ingredients are simple and can be easily found in any supermarket in your neighborhood.

Salad with Peanut Sauce

You will need:
Lettuce, cut into 2-inch lengths
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup roasted peanuts, ground
4 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
½ cup of hot water

Steps:
Plate of vegetables and boiled eggs in a circular motion in the recommended order: salad as a bottom layer first, then the cucumber and tomato slices boiled eggs finally followed on top. Set aside.

Put the peanuts to the ground in a deep bowl. Add hot water and always good to make sure that all the pieces are dissolved. Then add the ketchup and chili sauce. Stir to mix well. If you want more heat in the sauce, add more chili sauce. Pour the peanut sauce generously over the salad.

The ingredients in this recipe can easily be replaced and modified to suit your personal preferences. For example, use baby cucumbers, which are softer and juicer. Or, in some sliced potatoes cooked add to this salad for a light meal.

Try to make it appetizing, serve the sauce separately and not as a dip.

So I hope you give this recipe to try to enjoy what I did.
