Salad with Peanut Sauce
You will need:
Lettuce, cut into 2-inch lengths
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup roasted peanuts, ground
4 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
½ cup of hot water
Plate of vegetables and boiled eggs in a circular motion in the recommended order: salad as a bottom layer first, then the cucumber and tomato slices boiled eggs finally followed on top. Set aside.
Put the peanuts to the ground in a deep bowl. Add hot water and always good to make sure that all the pieces are dissolved. Then add the ketchup and chili sauce. Stir to mix well. If you want more heat in the sauce, add more chili sauce. Pour the peanut sauce generously over the salad.
